Saganaki with Metsovone![]() Ingredients1 kg smoked Metsovone cut in pieces250 gr all purpose flour 200 ml olive oil 5gr white pepper 30 gr honey 200 ml water PreparationMix the flour with the white pepper. Coat the cheese pieces lightly with water and then coat them with the flour mixture. Fry in hot oil. Serve with freshly squeezed lemon and some honey. |
