Arahova pie with Formaella

For the pastry
500 gr strong flour 55%
500 gr strong flour 70%
17 gr salt
15 gr sugar
30 gr fresh yeast
100 ml fine virgin oil
100 gr eggs
450 ml water
For the filling
400 gr Formaella
200 gr bacon


Place all the pastry ingredients in a mixer and mix until you obtain a malleable pastry. Let the pastry rest for 15 minutes.

Shape the pastry in the form of a little boat, cover with cling film and let it rest.

Fill the pastry boat with the Formaella and the bacon.

Let the pie rest for 30 minutes in a warmish environment.

Bake at 200 oC degrees for 20 minutes.
