Courgettes fritters with smoked Metsovone![]() Ingredients1 kg finely grated courgettes100 gr bread crumbs 100 gr mashed onion 50 gr finely chopped spring onions 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 5ml ouzo 120 gr flour 30 ml beer 60 ml olive oil 2 eggs 10 gr finely chopped dill 10 gr finely chopped parsley 300 ml olive oil for frying 10 gr salt 5 gr red pepper 200 gr smoked Metsovone, grated PreparationPlace all the ingredients in a bassinet and mix until you obtain a hard mixture.Let it rest for a while to allow all the aromas to develop. Make small fritters with the mixture. Pour the olive oil into a deep frying pan and fry the fritters on both sides. Place the fried fritters on a kitchen paper to drain any excess oil. Serve with yoghurt. |
