Galotyri with berries

1 kg Galotyri
300 gr berries (blackberries, blueberries, etc.)
30 gr butter
5 gr brown sugar
60 ml red wine
20 ml cognac


Put the butter and the sugar in a small pan and stir until they melt together. Pour the cognac and the wine and add the berries. Cook for 10 minutes.

Serve the galotyri in a deep serving dish garnished with the berries on top.
