CheeseNet - Greek cheese recipe photo


1 kg Graviera Kritis
1/2 kg Formaella Arahovas
1/2 kg smoked Metsovone
1/2 kg Katiki Domokou
1 pack white sliced bread
1 pack brown sliced bread
1 pack salty crackers
300 gr mayo
200 gr butter
50 ml mustard

For the garnish, you can use different fruit or vegetables, according to taste.


Spread the sliced bread with any spread you like (butter, margarine etc).

Place your preferred cheese on top, cut into diverse shapes (round, rectangle, triangle, hearts etc).

Garnish the top.

Soft cheeses should be spread with a cornet.
