Brown rusks with Graviera Kritis![]() Ingredients500 gr brown flour (sieved)300 gr soft flour (sieved) 200 gr rye flour (sieved) 100 gr white sesame seeds 15 gr baking powder 350 gr Graviera Kritis, grated 12 gr salt 5 gr black pepper 200 gr eggs 200 ml wine 400 gr butter 250 gr margarine PreparationPlace all the ingredients except for the Graviera Kritis and the sesame seeds in a mixer, and mix until you obtain a uniform, malleable pastry.Knead the pastry in longish shapes and place on a baking tray lined with rice paper, leaving a small distance between them. Sprinkle with the cheese and the sesame seeds. Bake on a pre-heated oven at 180 oC degrees for 15-25 minutes. |
